My name is Grace Lumpkin and I have always had a passion for the arts! I grew up in Durham, North Carolina, the home of local businesses, many murals and Duke University. Throughout my childhood I danced six days a week, sang incessantly and acted at school, at church and in my bedroom.

 

This love for performance followed me all the way to the midwest. At Illinois Wesleyan University's School of Theater Arts I found an artistic community that I fell in love with. After four years crammed with performance, directing, choreographing, painting and more, I graduated this May with a BFA in Acting and a Film Studies minor.

Outside of theater you are likely to find me curled up with a book of varying literary merit, or in theaters seeing a movie of varying cinematic merit. I love art! All of it! My mom also instilled in me a deep love of hosting, so I am always planning a girls night or a trip to the beach.
